Quiet the mind. Reconnect with yourself. Create meaningful change.
Imagine having the ability to quiet the noise of everyday life, turn your attention inward, and explore the beliefs, habits, and patterns that may be influencing how you feel, think, and live.
Therapeutic trance, also known as hypnosis, offers an opportunity to do exactly that.
Through a collaborative, personalized experience, we'll use focused attention, guided imagery, and therapeutic suggestions to explore your inner resources and support the changes you wish to make.
You remain in control. The intention is yours. The experience is uniquely yours.
Hypnosis, Reimagined.
Forget everything you've seen about stage hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of focused attention in which you may become more receptive to imagery, suggestions, and new perspectives. It's similar to becoming completely absorbed in a book, music, or an experience that captures your attention.
What makes therapeutic trance different is intention.
Together, we identify what you would like to work on and use hypnosis techniques to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, responding, and behaving.
Throughout the experience, you remain an active participant. You can communicate, adjust your position, and stop whenever you choose.
What Would You Like To Work On?
Reconnect With Your Body
Explore your relationship with your body, quiet the inner critic, and develop a more supportive internal dialogue. Through hypnosis and guided imagery, we'll cultivate self-compassion and help you approach your body with curiosity, appreciation, and respect.
Comfort & Pain Support
Discover mind-body techniques that may help you manage discomfort, reduce pain-related distress, and develop a greater sense of personal agency while continuing appropriate medical care.
Gut-Brain Connection
Quiet food noise, reconnect with your body's natural hunger and fullness cues, and build eating habits that feel supportive rather than restrictive. Whether you're working toward weight goals, preparing to transition off a GLP-1 medication with your prescriber, or simply wanting a calmer relationship with food and digestion, we'll use hypnosis and self-hypnosis tools to help you create lasting change from the inside out.
Confidence & Inner Power
Explore self-doubt, strengthen your confidence, and develop new responses to situations that previously felt overwhelming. Whether it's public speaking, personal growth, or stepping into something new, we'll work toward the confidence you want to experience.
Sleep & Deep Rest
Explore relaxation techniques, quiet nighttime mental chatter, and develop supportive bedtime associations and self-hypnosis practices that encourage restful sleep.
Stress & Anxiety Relief
Learn to quiet racing thoughts, calm your nervous system, and respond to stressful situations with greater ease. Through hypnosis and self-hypnosis techniques you can use on your own, we'll work toward a steadier sense of calm and confidence in your daily life.
Your experience isn't limited to these areas.
Therapeutic trance can be adapted to a variety of personal goals. We'll begin by discussing what you'd like to explore and whether this approach is appropriate for you

Hi, I'm Jodie.
Registered Nurse · Integrative Wellness Practitioner
For more than 26 years, I've had the privilege of caring for people through some of life's most challenging experiences. My professional and personal journey has inspired me to explore approaches that recognize the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
My training in clinical hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), combined with my experience as a nurse leader and my certifications in functional and lifestyle medicine, allows me to approach each session through a whole-person perspective. I believe the therapeutic relationship matters just as much as the techniques we use. Trust, collaboration, compassion, and your personal autonomy are central to my approach. My role isn't to tell you what your experience means or what you need to become. It's to create a supportive space where you can explore your own possibilities.
