Hi, I’m Jodie
I’m a board-certified registered nurse and integrative therapies practitioner with over 25 years of experience supporting people through complex, high-stress environments—both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed how chronic stress, emotional overload, and nervous system dysregulation quietly erode wellbeing, often long before symptoms are named or addressed.
My work blends clinical insight with somatic awareness, therapeutic counseling, and integrative practices to support people as whole humans—not problems to be fixed. I create a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently process what life has placed on your nervous system.
This work is deeply human, relational, and restorative by design.
A Whole-Person Approach to Lasting Change
My approach is therapeutic and counseling in nature, focused on nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied awareness. I draw from somatic practices, integrative health principles, and nursing-based therapeutic communication to support balance, resilience, and inner coherence.
This work does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, it offers supportive, integrative care for individuals navigating life stress, burnout, transitions, illness, or a sense of disconnection from themselves—providing space for reflection, regulation, and whole-person support.
Together, we work at the pace of your nervous system—supporting awareness, regulation, and embodied presence. This is therapeutic support for people who want to feel more like themselves again, without labels, pressure, or a one-size-fits-all model.
