For more than 26 years, I've sat with people in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives — watching, again and again, how much the body holds that words alone can't reach. Stress doesn't just live in the mind. It settles into the tissue, the breath, the energy field around us — and it stays there until something helps it move.

Sound and energy work do exactly that. Whether through the resonance of a singing bowl, the steady presence of Reiki, or the rhythm of guided breath and touch, these practices speak directly to the nervous system — bypassing the noise of the analytical mind and reaching the parts of us that are still holding on.

My approach blends clinical intuition with these ancient healing modalities. I don't believe healing is something done to you — I believe it's something that happens when the body finally feels safe enough to let go. As the nervous system settles, the mind quiets, and the heart finds its way back into coherence. In that stillness, you begin to see yourself clearly again — not the exhausted, overextended version, but the one underneath: whole, aligned, and already carrying the wisdom you came here to reconnect with.
