The Wisdom Within — A Soul Speak® Body Wisdom Session
For over 26 years as a nurse, I sat with people while their bodies tried to tell them something — the pain, the fatigue, the diagnosis that didn't quite add up. I learned to listen for what was underneath the symptom.
Soul Speak, developed by Julia Cannon, is a guided technique for having that conversation directly — with your own body, in your own words. It's not a diagnosis and it's not a fix. It's a mirror: a chance to turn toward the part of you that's been asking to be heard, and finally listen back.
What if there is more to your story?
The Wisdom Within is a private, guided Soul Speak® body wisdom session — one-on-one, rooted in nursing intuition and Julia Cannon's method — designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and explore your physical symptoms or areas of discomfort from a different perspective. Not from a place of "what's wrong with me," but from curiosity about what your body may be asking you to understand, acknowledge, release, or change.

Book Your SessionWhat if we asked a different question?
In my years of nursing, I watched the same pattern again and again: we ask our bodies to explain themselves in the language of medicine — what's wrong, how do I fix it, how do I make this go away — and those are the right questions for a diagnosis. But they're not the only questions worth asking.
- What was happening in my life when things began to change?
- What have I been carrying?
- What does my body need from me now?
- If this part of my body could speak, what would it want me to know?
Sometimes simply changing the question allows us to see our experience from an entirely different perspective.
The Wisdom Within may resonate with you if you've ever thought:
- "I look in the mirror and don't recognize the story my body is telling."
- "Why does this keep happening in my body?”
- “I've addressed the medical side, but I still feel like there's more I want to understand.”
- “I've been living with chronic discomfort and want to explore my experience differently.”
- “My body has changed during a difficult season of my life.”
- “I don't feel like myself anymore.”
- “I want to know what my body would say if I actually stopped long enough to listen.”
