I help high-achieving professionals and leaders move from burnout and overdrive into sustainable balance and wholeness.

As a nurse executive with over 20 years in healthcare leadership, I’ve led teams in some of the most complex environments — while quietly navigating my own journey through exhaustion and misalignment.

I know what it feels like to carry responsibility for everyone else while slowly losing yourself.

My work sits at the intersection of clinical insight, functional and lifestyle medicine, nervous system regulation, and integrative healing. 

I guide individuals and teams to reset chronic stress patterns,  build sustainable systems that protect energy and purpose, while leading and living from a place of alignment instead of survival.

Through 1:1 guidance, group workshops, and immersive experiences, I walk beside you as you reclaim your balance, build resilience, and authentic power.

This work was forged at the intersection of a high-demand corporate career and a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis. I've lived the tension between productivity and presence - and learned that resilience isn't about pushing harder. 

It's about learning how to feel safe, steady and self-trusting under pressure. 

As a Risk & Resilience Leader and Nervous system Strategist, I partner with organizations, teams and leadership groups to deliver nervous system-based resilience experiences that support sustainable performance.

Together, we step out of stress-driven reactivity into a more regulated, expanded perspective.
