I'M JODIE.

This pathway was born from my own healing - after burnout dimmed and nearly extinguished my light. As a nurse, executive leader, caregiver, and patient, I’ve stood on every side of the system. Through lived experience, advanced training, and deep inner work, I created the Transcendent Alignment Pathway to help others find balance, reconnect with purpose, and rise into a state of sustainable wholeness. Whether you’re:

  • An individual seeking to live with more balance, joy, and purpose or

  • A leader ready to support your team without losing yourself in the process

This is more than a framework. It’s a pathway to personal and professional transformation.
And it’s my honor to walk beside you on your journey.

I'M REBEKAH.

This pathway called to me after navigating the dual intensity of a high-demand corporate career and a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis. As a devoted mother, seasoned risk management leader, and trauma-informed meditation guide, I’ve lived the tension between productivity and presence. Through yoga nidra, chakra education, and deep nervous system healing, I found my way home to balance—and now support others in doing the same.

I bring my lived experience, my passion for energetic wholeness, and my belief in the healing power of rest, grace, and reconnection to every session I guide. Whether leading a workshop or offering meditation in the workplace, my role in the Transcendent Alignment Pathway is to help others pause, process, and reset so they can rise with clarity and compassion.

This is more than a wellness offering, it’s a movement toward sustainable wholeness, and I’m honored to walk beside you.

From this regulated state, you’re better able to focus, respond intentionally - feeling centered and in control.

The Reset & Renew Yoga Nidra


In this guided session, we’ll begin with a brief teaching on the nervous system and stress, offering simple insights to help you understand how deep rest supports healing and balance. Then you’ll be guided into a Yoga Nidra practice, allowing the body and mind to settle into stillness and rest.
