Most people know me as a devoted mom and leader in corporate risk management - someone who has spent over 20 years navigating high-stakes decisions, complex systems and global responsibility. 
 
That's true.
But it's only part of the story...
 
I also guide high-performing professionals back to themselves - not by asking them to abandon ambition, but by teaching them how to regulate their nervous system so they can sustain it. 

MY STORY

 

For years, I was the steady one.
 
Leading in high-pressure corporate environments. Managing risk. Navigating complexity. Carrying responsibility without hesitation.  
 
From the outside, I was successful.
 
On the inside, I was operating in constant overdrive. 
 
It wasn't until my own health challenged me - including a breast cancer diagnosis - that I fully understood the cost of chronic stress on the body and nervous system. 
 
Healing required more than treatment.
It required regulation.
It required learning how to feel safe in my own body again. 
 
The practices I now teach weren't born in theory. They were forged in conference rooms, hospital rooms and quiet moments of reckoning. 
 

That's when I understood something powerful:

Transcendence isn't about escaping your life. 

It's about learning how to lead it from a regulated, self-trusting place within yourself.

 

MY PURPOSE

My purpose is to help leaders remember who they are beyond pressure.

I teach nervous system regulation as the foundation of sustainable success - so ambition no longer costs your health, your peace or your presence. 

This is transcendence:

Not escaping your life - But leading it rooted in self-trust, steady power and an unshakeable connection to yourself.
