I'M EVE

I bring over a decade of international leadership experience in higher education and government-funded programs to my work with executive teams and organizations. As a Fellow and Senior Fellow with the U.S. Department of State in collaboration with Georgetown University, I have partnered with ministries of education, university leadership, and cross-cultural stakeholders across Eastern Europe and Asia to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. Having lived and worked in high-pressure environments where performance and diplomacy intersect, I understand the demands placed on leaders at every level — and the importance of remaining clear, regulated, and effective under pressure.
