Over four days, you’ll be guided through a series of intentional practices designed to bring you into alignment - with your truth, your energy, your path. Through movement, stillness, ritual, sound, and sacred site visits, you’ll come home to yourself in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.

You’ll walk ancient land and sacred paths, visit Buddhist stupas, medicine wheels, and rock temples - each offering its own invitation to listen more deeply. You’ll share breath and silence, story and ceremony, stargaze under velvet skies, dance beneath the moon, and rise with the sun.

*Travel to and from the retreat location is not included. Flagstaff airport is 45 mins and Phoenix airport is 2 hours away from Sedona - in lieu of rental cars airport shuttles are available.

The retreat experience begins at sunset on Thursday, December 3 and concludes following our sunset closing on Sunday, December 6.

You are welcome to arrive on Thursday anytime after 12:00 PM to settle in.

Departure is scheduled for Monday morning by 9:00 AM.
