Arrival & Departure

The retreat begins at sunset on Thursday, December 3 and closes after sunset on Sunday, December  6. Guests may arrive Thursday after 12:00 PM and depart Monday by 9:00 AM.

Please note:

Travel to and from the retreat location is not included. Flagstaff airport is 45 mins away and Phoenix airport is 2 hours away. Airport shuttles are available.

Your space is reserved the moment your deposit is received. We’ll follow up with next steps, including your invoice for the remaining balance, intake forms, and retreat preparation guidance.

*This retreat is designed to take place rain or shine, with adjustments made as needed to ensure a safe and supportive experience. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control - such as a government-mandated evacuation - alternative arrangements, rescheduling options, or credits may be considered. This payment includes an $888 deposit that is non-refundable.
