A 3-day immersive retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance through the rhythm of the ocean and the warmth of the sun.

This option includes:

• Lodging in your own individual bed within private room accommodations
• Nourishing meals throughout the retreat
• Sunrise and sunset rituals
• Sound baths, reflective journeys, and integrative practices

Arrival & Departure
The retreat begins at sunrise on Friday, July 24 and closes after sunset on Sunday, July 26. Guests may arrive Thursday after 6:00 PM and depart Monday by 9:00 AM.

Travel to and from the retreat location is not included.

*This retreat is designed to take place rain or shine, with adjustments made as needed to ensure a safe and supportive experience. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control - such as a government-mandated evacuation - alternative arrangements, rescheduling options, or credits may be considered. This payment includes a $700 non-refundable deposit.
