Guided Coherence Sessions

Coherence Sessions are nervous-system–informed, multi-sensory experiences designed to support heart–mind synchronization and whole-system regulation. These sessions are especially supportive during periods of transition, growth, or change — when you are integrating new intentions, habits, identities, or ways of living into daily life.
A Coherence Session blends resonant sound immersion (delivered through gongs, singing bowls placed on or near the body, or a combination of both) with guided breath and heart-focused awareness to support nervous system regulation and heart–mind synchronization. As the body settles into coherence, embodied intention is gently introduced, allowing alignment to emerge from within rather than being mentally driven. The session closes with unstructured integration time, supporting rest, stillness, and nervous system recalibration so the benefits can carry beyond the session.
