Hi, I’m Jodie

I’m a board-certified nurse, integrative therapies practitioner, and wellness guide with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, leadership, and holistic healing.

I work with people who are outwardly capable and inwardly tired — those navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or navigating a quiet sense that something more aligned is calling them forward.

My approach blends evidence-informed practices, nervous system support, and integrative therapies with deep respect for your lived experience. I believe healing happens through reconnection — returning to yourself with awareness, compassion, and support.

At Infinite Bliss Wellness, We don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Our work is personalized, trauma-informed, and intentionally paced. Together, we create space for regulation, awareness, and alignment — choosing the right integrative therapy approach for your individual needs — allowing meaningful change to unfold from the inside out.
